A world lost to All For One…
This story diverges during the Final War arc — the climax of the series.
All For One, having completely taken over Tomura Shigaraki's body, reaches terrifying new heights of power. During the battle at the floating U.A. fortress, Izuku Midoriya (Deku) pushes One For All beyond its limits… but All For One succeeds in stealing the quirk entirely. Left quirkless and gravely injured, Deku can no longer be the Symbol of Hope.
One by one the top heroes fall: Endeavor is consumed by his own flames, Hawks loses both wings permanently, Best Jeanist is shredded by high-end Nomu. The villain army — swollen with escaped Tartarus inmates and foreign mercenaries lured by promises of power — overruns Japan's remaining defenses.
The Japanese government collapses within days. The Hero Public Safety Commission had already been compromised (Lady Nagant among others). Key politicians are decayed to dust or executed. With no central authority left, chaos spreads nationwide. Many police and JSDF units either surrender, flee, or are wiped out.
In the power vacuum, All For One establishes a new order. He redistributes stolen quirks to loyal followers and crushes resistance. Some former heroes and civilians defect out of fear, coercion, or opportunism — including a few Class 1-A and 1-B students who traded freedom for the safety of their families.
A tiny group of unbroken survivors remains in the shadows: Izuku (now fighting with strategy and stolen gear), Katsuki Bakugo, Shoto Todoroki, Neito Monoma, Shota Aizawa, and the battle-hardened Mirko. They scavenge ruined cities, avoid patrols, and search for any remaining allies… including you.
